BOARD ROLES

President – Oversees all league operations, runs meetings, and ensures smooth execution of Rec and Diamonds programs.

Vice President – Supports the President, audits league records, and oversees compliance and roster integrity.

Treasurer – Manages all finances, budgets, and payments for FHBB.

Development Director – Establish training programs for Diamond teams, implement drills and practice agendas, and conduct clinics for coaches. 

Travel Directors – Run tryouts, select coaches, and run Diamond clinics. 

Rec Coordinator – Oversees Rec draft, team creation, T-Ball, and Rec season operations.

Field Maintenance Director – Manages field setup, bases, mound prep, repairs, and equipment.

Field Coordinator / Scheduling – Assigns fields for practices and games and coordinates with town and other sports.

Fundraising – Leads fundraising, sponsorships, and 12U Cooperstown support.

Social Media & Merch Coordinator – Runs social content calendar, team store, photography, and digital communications.

Director of Strategic Initiatives – Provides strategic leadership and consultation on long-term priorities, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen the program. Provide value to the board by enabling focused progress on long-term priorities while bringing fresh perspective, structure, and innovation to the organization.
